Picardie surveyed the building to assess damage, develop a scope of work, and match the historic detail. Picardie then reproduced the millwork, including windows, stairs, porches, and components, and built 18 columns, 36 newel posts, 600 spindles, louvered wood shutters, railing assembly, and more.
