Picardie completed the build out of the iconic Sazerac House on Canal Street, including the floor-to-ceiling bottle display in the foyer, speakeasy bars, doors, windows, wood paneling, staircases, cabinetry, and more.

Picardie completed the wood window restoration and millwork on the pool cabana at Hotel Saint Vincent, the site of a former orphanage in New Orleans' Lower Garden District.

Picardie reproduced original millwork on the historic main structure at McGehee school, including 40 windows, 18 columns, 36 newel posts, 600 spindles, louvered wood shutters, railing assembly, floor decking and also restored the original cast-iron capitals.
